Inside Sales Representative – Truck Accessories

Coastal Customs and Coatings is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative with a passion for trucks and truck accessories. If you have hands-on experience installing truck accessories and are proficient in QuickBooks, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and in person.
• Assist customers with product selection, sales, and scheduling.
• Order parts and manage inventory efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of trucks, truck accessories, and related installations.
• Proficient in QuickBooks.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
